Shipping policy

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means to much to me that you want to have my art in your home.  

I process order with 2/3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

 Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier but please contact me and I will be happy to help.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at sarapaganetto@gmail.com and I'll be happy to help. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
